The patented Space Barista from VFA EXPRES.

1) The Space Barista will have 2, 3 or 4 Groups, and all them will be independent from the others. Independent Temp will be adjusted digitally for each group.
2) The Steam Module can have 1 water + 1 Steam, or 2 Steams.
3) The Space Barista will have as well a used coffee grounds deposit on the front and an space for grinders.

3) Cup Warmer Module
4) Sink Module (to wash cups, etc..)

The Coffee Module 4 Groups has the following measures:
Long: 1,172 m
Wide: 0,530 m
High: 0,905 m

...so, this means that the whole machine with the 4 Modules measures 2,50 meters aprox.

These 4 Modules will be integrated inside a trolley (insulated) and like this the bars/cafés/restaurants with terrace will be able to move their coffee machine very easily.

Smaller trolleys can contain only the Module 1 (coffee groups + steam + water), or the Module 1 and others. The 4 Modules give the machine a spectacular look, and only valid for those places that accommodate the full group. This machine was conceived as modular, so that it could be adapted to the available space.

Trolleys can be produced by VFA, or by other suppliers. It is only important to leave a large opening in the middle in order to allow inside the boiler, motor-pump, etc. (see picture).

The origin of this machine satisfies these 2 needs:

1) Allow the customer to see how the barista makes coffee. This is entertaining and reassuring to the customer and thus will increase the value of the coffee and the service.
2) The space used by the barista must be meticulous - easy to clean, hygienic and attractive. These factors satisfy customers. Thus, the name..."Barista Space".
